I have worked hard to make a career built on insights and collaboration.
Settling for nothing less than really good ideas that will actually sell.
Nurturing, building and recruiting creative talent is all part of leadership to me.
I enjoy great relationships with all my clients, accounts leads, department heads and reports, alike. My teams always know I have their backs and am only interested in one thing: great work. It’s what’s best for everybody.
I still love creating, writing, and producing robust campaigns. While the managerial chops are an enjoyable skillset, it’s the ideas that get me going, whether I am the one “concepting” them, or I am the one coaching teams through concepting them.
I can bring operational and process experience to the table along with the ability to find efficiencies, maximize profitability, and/or work most optimally with clients’ in-house agencies. I helped stand up our agency programs, presented webinars on, and advised clients on AI, and worked on a couple agency initiatives reporting directly to the CEO and C-Suite.
But all of that still comes back to the biggest thing I bring to the table that fuels all that: big ideas.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, cooking on a barbecue team, swimming 5,000 yds a day, or swapping stories with people—like the crazy time I worked with wrestling legend Jerry Lawler.
